Teresa Pallarés Ramos
Teresa education and teaching experience is highly concentrated in Spanish, International Relations and voluntary work. She has an impressive array of Degrees and MA’s from both her native Spain and London. María holds an Honours Degree and MA in History from the University of Valencia, an MA in International Relations from University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, an MA in Theology and an MA in Social Anthropology from SOAS, University of London. She’s recently been accepted to study Education and International Development at UCL.
Teresa speaks 5 languages: Native Spanish and Catalan, advanced English and intermediate French and Italian.
Prior to teaching in London, Teresa was a Spanish Language and Social Sciences tutor in Dubai and an Education Coordinator for an NGO in Senegal. She’s been a Consultant with Innocence in Danger in Switzerland which involved the organisation of a UN panel in association with the Human Rights Council Social Forum, a Poverty and Human Development Researcher for an educational centre in Peru and a consultant for the Spanish School of Jerusalem, an NGO in Lebanon.
Teresa is also one of our brand ambassadors and regularly vlogs on updates from her hometown in Spain.
